I lead the backend team (4 people) and oversee the frontend team (3 people). Working with the CTO on migrating the monolith to event-driven services (Spring Boot, Kafka, Debezium, gRPC, EKS), with several services already in production. To make development more autonomous, designed a multi-agent harness that takes Jira tasks to merge requests with our internal framework.
Technical lead of the web frontend team (2 people) on AngularJS. Proposed and kicked off a progressive migration to React to modernize the frontend while reducing legacy risk.
Expanded my role from frontend to backend, developing in Java and improving the application with design patterns to optimize its structure and efficiency.
Started on the data-loading team: client setup and data modeling/loading in PostgreSQL. Then developed and maintained the agricultural-management web application (AngularJS, JavaScript, SASS).
Collaborative song lists for karaokes, weddings and parties. Share a QR code, guests join without signing up and suggest songs, and every change reaches everyone in real time with Ably. Lock the list in read-only mode and reorder it by drag and drop.
Custom wedding website: event details, transport and RSVP. Access is by a code shared over WhatsApp, with no accounts or sign-up: a lightweight gate designed for non-technical guests, with two levels (with or without a plus-one), and RSVPs are stored in Google Sheets through Apps Script at zero infrastructure cost.
